This site is still the fresh and clean non-carbon monoxide poisoning Andrew Tunney website so not much has changed. For more regular news updates you can check the blog link up there. The only thing that's really changed is I've replaced the Special K with Fruit and Fibre.

If you're regular (which if you're not, Fruit and Fibre can help you with) you'll notice The Quote of the Week is still being updated on a very inconsistent basis and I change the wallpaper here whenever I feel like it because that's how I roll and the man can't hold me down and you can't catch me copper etc etc
